Imagine exploring Amalfi, Positano, and Pompeii without the rush—guided by Marta, a true local who knows where the best gelato hides, where to find authentic handmade straw hats, and which little corners are worth slowing down for.
This is five nights of immersive Italian travel, with one important difference: everything is taken care of for you.
No stress over dinner reservations. No wondering what to do next. No rushing from one famous landmark to another.
Just Italy, at a slower pace.

Your mornings begin with intention. Briana leads the group through a gentle fusion of yoga and Pilates, giving you space to connect with your body and set the tone for the day ahead.
Then, we head out to explore the Amalfi Coast as a local would: unhurried, curious, and present.
This retreat was created by Marta and Briana to give you the opportunity to experience Italy beyond the typical tourist itinerary.
Marta is an Italy native with extensive experience coordinating travel, retreats, and experiences throughout the country. Briana is from Massachusetts, USA, and has been a passionate yoga and Pilates teacher for ten years.
Together, they bring two perspectives and one shared philosophy: travel should feel good.
For five nights, we'll stay in a welcoming hotel in Praiano, overlooking the spectacular Amalfi Coast.
The atmosphere is simple, authentic, and unmistakably Italian. Each room offers a sea view and comes equipped with Wi-Fi, linens, towels, shampoo, body wash, air conditioning/heating, TV, minibar, coffee machine, and tea/coffee facilities.
Private bathrooms include a shower, bathrobe, slippers, hairdryer, complimentary toiletries, and beach towels.
You'll have the option to choose the room and price point that works best for you, with a selection of private and shared rooms available.
Simply fly into Naples Airport (NAP) or travel by train to Naples, and we'll take care of the rest.
There will be time to practice, explore, eat, laugh, shop, wander, and simply be.
Slow mornings. Local food. Long dinners. Deep conversations. Movement that makes you feel strong in your body. And plenty of time to do absolutely nothing.
This is travel reimagined—not chasing famous landmarks, but learning the rhythm of a place.
The quiet moments over espresso.
The artisan shops tucked away from the crowds.
The food that tastes like the story of the region.
The late-afternoon light hitting the water when you realize you're exactly where you need to be.
For five nights, let the Amalfi Coast—and us—take care of you.

You have two easy options:
Fly directly into Naples Airport. We'll arrange a complimentary group shuttle departing from the airport at 2:00 PM on April 13th.
If you fly into Rome, you can take a high-speed train to Naples. We'll arrange a complimentary group shuttle departing from Naples Train Station at 2:00 PM on April 13th.
You can choose whichever option works best for your travel plans.
Both shuttles depart at 2:00 PM and travel directly to the hotel in Praiano.
We'll provide two complimentary group shuttles on arrival day:
Naples Airport (NAP) → Hotel
Naples Train Station → Hotel
Both shuttles depart at 2:00 PM on April 13th.
Please plan your travel accordingly and be ready for pickup at your chosen location by 2:00 PM.
The journey to the hotel takes approximately 1.5 hours, with check-in beginning at approximately 3:00 PM.
If you arrive earlier, you're welcome to spend some time exploring Naples before meeting the group at your chosen pickup point.
We highly recommend arriving in Italy at least one day before the retreat.
This gives you time to relax, adjust to the time difference, and enjoy a little Naples or Rome magic without the stress of coordinating your flight around the group shuttle.
On April 13th, simply make your way to Naples Airport or Naples Train Station in time for the 2:00 PM group pickup.
If your flight or train is delayed and you miss the group shuttle, don't worry. We can help arrange an individual transfer to the hotel. Please note that individual transportation is not included and will be available at an additional cost. Advance arrangements are required.
Our recommendation: Arrive a day early, sleep off the jet lag, enjoy a little Italian magic, and meet us in Naples at 2:00 PM on April 13th for the start of our journey to Praiano.
Marta and Briana will reach out before the retreat to collect your flight and train information and coordinate your pickup.
Meals will feature authentic Italian dishes inspired by the region, including fresh vegetables, fish, meat, pasta, and other local specialties.
If you have dietary restrictions or allergies, please let us know when you register so we can communicate your needs to the kitchen team.
Check-in: April 13th at 3:30 PM
Check-out: April 18th at 10:00 AM
April brings mild spring weather to the Amalfi Coast, with daytime temperatures typically around 63–66°F and plenty of sunshine. Evenings can be cooler, and occasional rain is possible, so we recommend bringing a light jacket or sweater.
Absolutely.
This retreat isn't about filling every minute of your day. There will be plenty of space to slow down, explore, shop, read, nap, enjoy long meals, journal, or simply do nothing.
Everything is an invitation—not an obligation.
All levels are welcome. You don't need to be an advanced yoga practitioner to join us.
Classes will include options and modifications so you can meet yourself exactly where you are.
You're in the right place.
Whether this is your first retreat or you're a seasoned retreat-goer, you don't need to arrive knowing anyone or knowing exactly what to expect. You'll be supported by two experienced retreat hosts in a welcoming and relaxed environment.
Nope.
Everything is an invitation, never an obligation. If you'd rather sleep in, skip a yoga class, spend the afternoon by the sea, or have some solo time, you're encouraged to listen to what you need.
